Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin your trial, but payment information may be collected to activate a subscription after the trial period ends.
Billing: After the trial, your subscription renews automatically on a monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing cycle.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@rootdoctor.ai. To avoid being charged, you must cancel before your trial period ends or before your next billing date.
Refunds: Charges are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. We do not provide partial-month refunds. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access to your account.
You own the health information you share with Root. We do not sell your personal health data to third parties. Health information is used solely to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Optimal Healing Solutions, LLC and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, loss of data, or health outcomes — arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you in full.
All content, software, branding, and AI-generated frameworks provided through Root are the property of Optimal Healing Solutions, LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice within the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
